中国就欧盟对中国紧固件采取的反倾销措施向世界贸易组织提出申诉。中国常驻世贸组织代表星期五说，中国已正式要求就欧盟对中国采取的反倾销措施进行直接磋商，中国认为欧盟的措施具有歧视性，并违背了世贸组织的规则。
今年早些时候，欧盟裁定其27个成员国可以对产自中国的钢铁紧固件征收高额进口关税。中国称，欧盟经常针对中国实施反倾销措施，以保护欧盟成员国之间的贸易，但这是中国第一次发出正式申诉。如果直接磋商在两个月内不能解决争端，中国可以要求一个独立的专家组对此作出裁决。
China has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization over European Union measures on Chinese-made screws and bolts.The Chinese mission to the global trade monitoring group said Friday it has made a formal request for direct talks regarding the EU anti-dumping measures, which China claims are discriminatory and contrary to the WTO rules.
The European Commission ruled earlier this year that the 27-nation bloc can impose high import duties on iron and steel fasteners originating from China.China says the bloc frequently applies anti-dumping measures against China to protect its own trade but this is the first time Beijing has filed an official complaint.If the direct talks fail to resolve the dispute within about two months, China can ask for an independent panel to rule in the case.
